Money
Hirers pay Plass. We keep 5% of gross, pay staff from what’s left, split remaining profit 15% above £1,000, then pay you monthly. Hosting never lands on you.
Condition
Incidents, repairs and before/after photographs sit against the facility, not in someone’s inbox.
